My Name is Nora Scully. I am a Creative Facilitator and Engagement Designer who from a young age has made sense of the world through images, objects and stories. My work as creative facilitator and designer is founded in a social practice that helps people find innovative solutions. I create customized engagements to help teams and individuals develop ideas using images, objects and stories to access solutions that matter to you and your customers.

As an Instructional Designer, MA.Ed, I am inspired by game play because it allows us to explore new ground and make rules to guide us in finding our best level of challenge as we bring forth tangible action. Through creative engagement, I help you define your systems action and mental maps to graphically communicate your vision and serve the world. Let me serve you by contributing my years of experience in Corporate and Higher Education as a Learning Experience Designer creating transformative engagements.

In the field of accessibility for people with disabilities, I have served and co-created as a usability test designer, adaptive technology specialist and a certified Sign Language Interpreter. I have honed my ability to listen deeply to what people say, to hear clear accurate messages and create awesome outcomes. My work  is founded in a multi-modal approach that embodies Universal Design for Learning and identifies possibility.
